Hey there!

I have a question: when I add a footnote to a note it appears as "(author year)". How can I change it to a raised "[number of footnote]"?

Example:

Röttgen denies this fact (Röttgen 1993). -> Röttgen denies this fact [1].

(The [1] should be raised as well, I don't know how to do that here, sorry!)

Thanks! That works with the one footnote that appears as a number. Unfortunately the other footnotes are still looking like this: author year.

I attached a picture where you can see the one footnote as a number and two others as "author year". I want them all to be numbers. I don't know why one of them is a number, I dan't do it with the others.

@Rob-Frei Ich vermute, das könnte mit dem Thema Bibkey zusammenhängen. Verhält sich eine Literaturfußnote mit Bibkey anders als im Fall eines Literatureintrags ohne Bibkey?

EN: I suspect this might be related to the Bibkey issue. Does a literature footnote with Bibkey behave differently than in the case of a literature entry without Bibkey?

@RalfBarkow Tatsache! Wenn die Literaturangabe einen Bibkey hat wird dieser angezeigt, ohne Bibkey wird eine Nummer angezeigt. Die Nummer wird anscheinend chronologisch vergeben, jede neue Literaturangabe erhält die nächste Nummer. Ist es möglich, ohne die bibkeys zu löschen, dass alle Literaturangaben als Nummern angezeigt werden, am besten für jeden Zettel bei 1 beginnend durchnummeriert? Und wenn man sich einen Schreibtisch anlegt, dann knüpft die Nummerierung jedes Zettels bei der des Vorzettels an, so wäre es zum Schreiben optimal. Aber ich weiß nicht, wer gerade noch weiter programmiert und bin da selbst überhaupt nicht drin, daher nur eine Idee.

Fact! If the bibliographical reference has a bibkey, that bibkey will be displayed, without a bibkey a number will be displayed. The number is apparently assigned chronologically, each new reference is given the next number. Is it possible, without deleting the bibkeys, that all references are displayed as numbers, preferably numbered starting with 1 for each note? And if you set up a desk, the numbering of each note ties in with that of the previous note, that would be ideal for writing. But I don't know who is still programming and I'm not in that at all, so it's just an idea.

Ich werde das sehr wahrscheinlich nicht umsetzten und die Intention des ursprünglichen Entwicklers interpretiere ich so, dass die Präferenz auf den bibkeys liegt (nur wenn diese nicht vorhanden sind, dann wird auf Nummerierung umgestellt).

I'm very unlikely to implement this, and I interpret the original developer's intention to be that the preference is for bibkeys (only switching to numbering if they are not present).
