Search within a given Note Sequence

How posible would it be to confine a search within a given Note Sequence? So perhaps select the top Note in a sequnce and then right click to open the menu and select 'search within note sequence'. The search would then be conducted from just the note numbers appearing in the sequence.

The advantage of this would be to have the Zettelkasten divided into a number of different subject areas and then have the ability to search just on those topics rather than across the whole Zettelkasten,

This effect can be achieved by use of Keywords, so that every Note within a particular subject's Note Sequence has a particular keyword eg. 'Art', 'History', 'Science' but this requires discipline by the user which is difficult to maintain when coming back to a subject after several months/years away from it.
