Describe the bug

We are encountering issues in the OpenChannel View when switching between the Open Channel and Connect Peer tabs.

Reproduce

  1. Error Logs Persist Across Tabs

The error logs remain the same across both tabs, regardless of whether the error is for a Connect Peer request or an Open Channel request.
If an error occurs in one tab, it stays visible in the other tab, which should not happen.

  1. Lightning Loading Icon Doesn't Disappear on Custom Connections

When making a custom connection (either Connect Peer or Open Channel), the lightning loading icon remains visible even after an error message is displayed.
