Add option to disable multi ticket purchase

For some events (like a beer bowling with limited places) people should not be allowed to purchase tickets for their friends but only for themselves (1 ticket per person).

A nice option would be to be able to buy a ticker for you and your
friend(s). But in my opinion, that's a wishlist feature.

We can start by only allowing one ticket per person and keep multi ticket purchase on the wishlist.

Making everyone buy his/her own ticket is a lot of effort when you plan to go to an event as a group. If one person can buy the tickets for the whole group (and enter every person's student number when buying), you make this process smoother.
