Hi, I am asking how to block the cache system?., what I would not introduce, you can't see changes on the website and I don't know where to look for the problem....
I have probably entered 20 news in "changelog| and on the page after refreshing it still shows their absence, of course they are in sql :)

Use last files from githab with linux ubuntu 22 LTS Apache + MySql 8.0
