Environment

Linux (Ubuntu 20.04 LST) of AMD 64 architecture

Problem

When I used the python in oneAPI HPC Toolkit for Linux, there will be conflicts between some packages.

Solution

Avoid using the python in oneAPI HPC Toolkit for Linux.
