Pause Menu

The menu state opens when 'p' is pressed during the gameplay state. It has two buttons: one goes to Main Menu and one goes back to the game state. On update it, it updates the position of the mouse, and if clicked on the back to play button, it changes the state back to the main gamestate. If the "Main Menu" button is pushed, the state changes to the main menu.
