When i try to "Validate file" (in Ukrainian) it shows me the message

Validation results:
Error 1872: The document has no document element. at line 0

Generated XML file

< ? xml version = "1.0" ? >

(in English everything ok)
What could be the problem?

Thank you for your message.
Could you please export someone ojs journal issue as ojs xml and attach to this report. This is need to suitable testing.
