Tasty little hambugers made out of game meat.
- 2 lbs. ground elk
- Iceberg lettuce (for wraps)
- 1T sage
- 1 egg
- Mix together egg, sage, and delicious ground elk.
- Form into patties approximately 2" in diameter.
- I don't know, grill them or something? It isn't rocket surgery.
- Wrap with lettuce.
- Mmmm...
