Can windows add the function of exporting as PDF, and the text can be copied after exporting.

You could use the Print function and then a PDF printer to achieve this.

I chose A4 paper and used Microsoft Print to PDF. The document format was messy and the text was scattered everywhere. This was not the result I wanted.
