I don't see how it would be useful since it would not be connected to your browser state.

There is no detection of URLs currently; you can use Open link in browser (F5) on any cell.

Select a tag and use Go To Matching Cell (F6).

Tip: You can make a grid listing all your tags as a kind of index.
