Fedora 40, gnome-abrt-1.4.3-1.fc40.x86_64, abrt-2.17.5-1.fc40.x86_64, Czech locale.

The notification message appears to be in English. Both abrt and gnome-abrt are fully translated and so is this message.

(Although I was not able to find the exact string - notice the missing quotation marks.)
