Export first three news in Json format

We need to display the last three news on the home page. To do that we need a way to fetch them.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement an API that outputs the last three news in JSON format.
It's not that hard to achieve with Jekyll. See this example https://github.com/sef-global/dev-welcome-pr/blob/main/developers.json
