能不能用命令 更新 ca-certificates

@Neilpang 这个docker镜像看起来是个人用户维护的，后续版本都没有跟进了。
我觉得更彻底的方案应该是找到一个更权威的 tinycore 镜像，或者通过官方提供的 rootfs 自行构建镜像。
