Collection create & update page is missing toggleParents method for taxonomy selections

On the create or edit form for collections, select a child taxonomy node (for example, a node under AdonisJS). It should auto-select the parent node, AdonisJS.

Looks like the method to do this is missing. It should exist on the post create/update form page.
