jdk8u Solaris builds publish without "-ea" in tag

Solaris builds are being published to:

• https://github.com/adoptium/temurin8-binaries/releases/tag/jdk8u442-b05-beta
  but should instead be published to:
• https://github.com/adoptium/temurin8-binaries/releases/tag/jdk8u442-b05-ea-beta

The "TAG" parameter to the refactor_openjdk_release_tool job should have a TAG like: jdk8u442-b05-ea

The pipelines doing this are still in development and this is being worked as part of the development process for those new pipelines. This error was from the first full attempt to run the whole pipelines and perform a publish.
