What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Add stories to playlist
2.Open Playlist
3.Perform long-press on a playlist item

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect: popup dialogue to Read, Play, or Delete story
Get: Nothing, sometimes plays story

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.4.7340 on Galaxy Nexus GSM (4.1.1)

I would argue that this should not be assigned a LOW priority.
1) This functionality existed prior to v2.4
2) This functionality was essential to a proper user experience.
  - for example, if while listening to a story, you want to either read the text or share the story, you must search the story title instead of long-pressing the story in the playlist.  This is pretty cumbersome and prevents the sharing of NPR content to other users, which I suspect is a pretty big goal.
