0.1.0 Reakt First Release

We send Reakt out for review.
We started using it with QBit 1.0 by writing a bridge that ships with QBit and we started using it on projects.
We also wrote a bridge for Guava so you can write Cassandra DB code with Reakt.
There is a website and a wiki full of documentation.
We implemented all promise support and have started to use it.
