[Feature] Add commenting/social media to share blog posts and get feedback

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In a conversation with Mark Herringer from Healthsites he suggested we add a way for people to engage with our blog posts and share it if they like it via Twitter, Facebook, etc. People don't have time to find a link on Twitter, read it, then go back to Twitter to comment. It should be as easy as possible for people to engage with the project.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Add a commenting option to blog post.
• Add a way to share blogs via at least Twitter, but possibly Facebook, LinkedIn, etc
