CCO: integrate more cloud providers

No, there are no problems, only a request to add more cloud providers except for AWS (Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM)

Describe the solution you'd like
The current research we conducted focused on Amazon Web Services (AWS). In addition to AWS, we can extend CCO's capabilities by using APIs from other cloud service providers, such as Azure, Google etc., and suggest the best instance according to the user requirements, not only in AWS, but in any cloud provider that is available.

Thanks for adding this issue, I would also request you to take a look at @sumepati's PR here - #29 and you can use this EDA for your future work.
