Individual Review Shaurya Goel grading Aiden Hyunh

  • Individual should show that they were key contributor and example to team. This includes their participation in ideas, plans, creating individual issues, providing code commits to project, crossover grading participation, being on task and positive example in the classroom.
    Grade: 0.85/0.90
  • Key commits show Aiden's participation, but I found that commits are rather large
    Grade: 0.80/0.90
  • Individuals Video, Issue(s), Commits(s):
    Grade: 0.85/0.90
  • Issue(s) that show plans/progress to team objectives
    Grade: 0.85/0.90

Positives:
Aiden effectively communicated contributions, highlighting dedication to addressing sorting animation issues. His video met the requirements and his issues show plans and progress

Possible Improvements:
Suggesting more issues and incorporating a scrum board for project organization is a constructive observation. The recommendation to add more comments or detailed commit titles reflects a desire for improved collaboration and code understanding. Also, Aiden needs to show consistent commits and needs to commit more instead of a less with a lot of code.

Conclusion:
The positive overall assessment of the project's potential is commendable. Aiden's team's unique approach to problem-solving is highlighted, and the suggestion to continue refining the website for future students is a positive outlook.

In summary, Aiden demonstrated strengths in commitment and contributions, with valuable feedback provided for areas of improvement, ultimately contributing to the project's continued success.
