[Idea] Add Lag Radar Integration for Performance Visualization

It'd be awesome to add lag-radar to React-Scan. It’s a simple way to visualize performance and could be super helpful for spotting UI lag. What do you think?

we had an idea before for a lag radar (although instead of a "radar" it's more of a sine wave like in an oximeter), but it was scrapped off because react-scan currently has 3 forms of representing a "lag" (fps, total render time, outline color)
