Me and my company are considering Airbyte as our solution for fetching data from our client's SASS tools like Salesforce, Freshdesk, ServiceNow and more.
Our use case requires us to import different customer's data from the same source type (e.g Freshdesk) into a unified list of tables. For example if I have customer A's Freshdesk account and customer B's Freshdesk account, I want both account's data to be imported to the same tables with a custom colum that identifies for each record which client the record belongs to.
So I've not found any out of the box solution for that, and the only way I found is using DBT.
My question is, can we deploy Airbyte OSS on our GKE cluster and connect it with a self hosted DBT?
I've not found any information about this, anywhers.
Thanks
