Add a mode so players can discard a card every turn

Sometimes your hand gets filled with un-funny cards and it makes the game not fun to play. I'd like a mode where you can discard an un-funny card from your hand each round, then draw 2 cards instead of 1. Possibly even a mode where only the judge is allowed to discard a card from their hand.
