A possible implementation could be integrating Amazon orders into a widget, allowing for constant monitoring of the status of purchases and potential returns.

I don't think this solution is wide-spread enough, a whole "delivery" one could work. Some 3rd party services have a possibility to track orders from any shipping company

But if I think about it, an integration into the dashboard widgets would be much better… to give you an idea, something like the deliveries application (iOS Android)… That maybe checks the status of orders once a day

This isn't possible without consuming a commercial API. There are hundreds of carriers which we all would have to implement their API for.
However, we could add an Integration for AfterShip or 17Track
