Ordering

Is there a way to order items on the page vs. them appearing in the order they are created? Same would be true when using categories. Being able to order the categories and tiles within. Drag and drop would be the most obvious, but even a numbering scheme in the tile settings would be an acceptable initial capability if that helped get the feature faster.
