User permissions for editing boards

Description

It would be nice if non-admin users could be restricted from accessing all boards and editing them. For example, an administrator could assign a specific board to a specific user, so that the user can only access and edit that particular board and any anonymously accessible boards.

Another benefit of this feature is that those who are not "tech-savvy" would not mess up the configurations inadvertently.

Currently, the closest you can get to this is to only have anonymous boards which cannot be modified, but lack authentication if one is desired.
