New icon for Giver

Note that this icon is conformed of both an inbox that I made, and jimmac's
applications-internet.svg icon for the tango icon theme.

I think this is a really good idea, we definitely need a new high-resolution 
icon. 
Upping priority.

I'll try to get some graphics-minded folks to look at this and give their 
feedback.
