Cancel a transfer

Seems like there should be an option to cancel a transfer.

Here's my hack at this. I haven't tested everything, but basic file transfer 
testing
was successful.

The cancel only works for the sender currently. The request is aborted, a 
message is
sent to the receiver stating that the transfer was canceled. 

I did make a major change to the receiver, it now expects a status message. 
Either
the transfer is finished or was canceled.
