I have maintained updated versions of phenoptr & phenoptrReports that fix multiple issues that the HIMSR core lab at CU Anschutz has come across over the years.

The deprecation warning was addressed with a commit on November 23, 2023.

However, there's been a couple more commits -
phenoptr: Comparing changes with the main branch.
phenoptrReports: Comparing changes with the main branch.

Feel free to install the updated versions (see above) from my GitHub repository.
