Move delete button on stage details page

Proposed Feature

It is dangerous to have Delete button in the upper right hand corner of the stage detail page, everytime I want to close the screen I go to that spot, since it is normally where the close is on most applications, and I almost always hit the delete button. We should move it somewhere where it isn't so easy to click.

Suggested Implementation

Move to the left of the Edit button, this will move the refresh button to the far right. This is safer and a button that is more likely to be pressed compared to the delete button.
