Bootstrap 4 Troubles

Hi There. It has been noted previously on here that there are some conflicts between the bootstrap 3 related code and Bootstrap 4 related code for the grid. In particular, the parameters grid gets broken by it. I've tried several different approaches in fixing it, in the HTML generation classes and also through custom styling, but so far I haven't had very much success.

This tool has been a phenomenal help in generating reports, but I currently use 2 seperate Layout pages in order to render it correctly.

Hoping someone can save me some pain by sharing a working copy of this rendering in Bootstrap 4.

Just want to add, I know it was previously pointed out that the HtmlHelpers can be modified, in issue: #96
