I believe I may have found a typo on the Wiki page "Alastria DID Method Specification", Section 5.2 "Presentation Request Payload".
For the parameter procUrl, the wiki specifies (emphasis mine):
procUrl
"The URL of an external document describing the intended purpose of the data that the service provider is receiving"
Seems to me that it should say "requesting" instead, matching the description for procHash:
procHash
"The hash of an external document describing the intended purpose of the data that the service provider is requesting"
