Programm does start but not progress

Describe the bug
Programm starts as expected but doesnt handle any promt. it just stays idle on CPU and GPU. doesnt change when i wait some time until giving the first promt.

To Reproduce
For me its every start of the programm. didnt get the programm to run properly yet.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Debian 12
  Non-Free Nvidia Drivers, AMD CPU
