Make Figure 1 the "central axis" of the paper. Possibly update/ create new full-page figure and expand so that it shows a “dummy workflow” for an alchemical calculation including all general stages (e.g setup, analysis with different estimators etc.), and guides readers to appropriate sections.

@ppxasjsm I've started sketching up this new figure, trying to scope in all of the requested features for now. Do you have any thoughts on this design before I dig in further? Main idea is to save on redundant imagery for now. I'll need to think of a way to work up the schematic for the setup steps as requested (presumably we can just do this for RBFE).
