[Feature Request] Top 21 Nodes of alcor alternative swap/market contracts like BP elections - each contract hasa token with gov and stake holders that share fees, new economy spouts up

and we end up with a BIG list of swap and market contracts untill we can use a rotating list like BPs and vote for the top alcor contract nodes and each one is owned by different holders with a token too

it will be a whole new economy of alcor swap contracts where you can create or manage your own new contract to compete with the main avral alcor one, avral will have his management of swap and market contracts as his "avral" node and so on, we will vote for a top 21 nodes but have 100s of backups, some will have fees but theyll also have a lot more liquidity etc because theyll hgave profits

SO youll create a bunch of alternative swap contracts AND tokens to go with them and this big race like a new version of block producers, DEX producers
