Add brave.com to technology section

Brave Search is already on the list, but brave.com itself (i.e. downloading the browser, reading the blog) is available at https://brave4u7jddbv7cyviptqjc7jusxh72uik7zt6adtckl5f4nwy2v72qd.onion/fr/index.html.

The same onion service can be used to fetch official .deb packages:
