Currently the documentation does not mention how to generate man pages. I had to infer it from the source code.

Oh, that's a long time ago ;) You can find how I used it here: https://github.com/hstock/opentimestamps-client/blob/docs/doc/ots.rst

Basically you give it a function that returns the argparser of the program.
