Alexa app crashing on android 14 if user dont allow BLE permissions

Steps :

1. one alexa app
2. login via your ID
3. alexa will ask BLE permissions
4. don't allow as user want to check other app features or setup later
5. alexa app crashes

The last time this library was updated was 6 years ago, it seems extremely likely to me that Alexa features introduced since then (such as BLE device connections) would break it.

That said, I don't think any of the previous maintainers (myself included) are still actively working on Alexa skills. Your two choices are most likely to open a PR to this repo yourself, or switch to the official SDK or an alternate third-party SDK wrapper.
