Set contact links to apps URI depending on the platform used #1

On the footer, set the contact links to open the app instead of the web page when it's more appropriate to use it, in this case, on android and/or IOS.

What needs to have more research put into is the Android intent system with the AndroidManifest.xml file as to redirect the request to the android file.
