What is this task?

Contribute to and beyond the Algorand community building through online/offline events as an active organiser/facilitator/MC; hosting twitter space, webinar, and offline events with Community Champions not only to activate the community but also to expand the community.
既存Algorandコミュニティの活性化のためだけでなく、コミュニティをさらに拡大するために、コミュニティ・チャンピオンと共にtwitterスペース、ウェビナー、オフラインイベントを主催する。

Contribute to the Algorand community building and engagement in Japan; identify good projects to build on Algorand; utlize personal networks and resources to promote Algorand. The bounty taker should have a good understanding of the project and serve as the bridge between community, projects and Algorand. Please apply this bounty, and only start work upon approval of the Algorand Foundation Team.

What are the requirements for the bounty taker?

• Have a good communication skills to host event online/offline.

• Have a good knowledge of the Algorand ecosystem and the broader blockchain world.

• Be proactive, with a clear plan and expected outcome.

• Algorandのエコシステムと、より広いブロックチェーンの世界に精通していること。

• 明確な計画と期待される成果を持ち、積極的であること。

What are the deliverables?

High quality community events both online/offline in a timely manner, as an organiser/facilitator/MC, with or without community champions.
オーガナイザー／ファシリテーター／MCなどとして、各種オンライン及びオフライン・イベントの開催・運営（コミュニティ・チャンピオンとの共催／独自開催問わず）

High quality contents on TwitterSpace/YouTube/zoom, ideally weekly basis. 良質なTwitterSpace/YouTubeコンテンツの定期配信（可能な限り週1本以上）。
Up to 1-1.5 hour per content highlighting Algorand Technology, Algorand news or an Algorand Project, shared on socials with correct tags.　コンテンツは１本最大1−1.5時間程度で、アルゴランドのテクノロジー、ニュース、またはアルゴランド上のプロジェクトを紹介・解説し、適切なタグを付けてソーシャルでシェア。

Judging Criteria and Metrics

• of participants at offline events　オフライン・イベント参加者数（既存及び新規）
• of listers, both ontime and archive　リスナー数（生及びアーカイブ）
• Feedbacks from audiences オーディエンスからのフィードバック
