I tried to find the license and I found two files (1 and 2) that looks like that say what is the license does it have. They are hidden and contain a bit controversial info. They are placed (for a reason) inside "util" directory named themes but it is the only place in the repo where I found license info.
Each of the files describes/intended to describe strings used for its translation.
The russian file say that license is CC-BY-SA-4.0 and that it is copylefted1 copyrighted by Algorithmica.org
The english file say2 it is under CC-BY-NC-4.0 and copyrighted by Sergey Slotin
I understand that one translation can be under one license and another translation under another license but because of "commented license notice" and different copyright fields I can't be sure if it is a "typo" or intended action...

So my question: What is the license?
