关于认证插件的用户配置细化到路由上的建议

现在的只能在全局配置认证用户,然后在路由级别的插件上应用某些认证用户,这样其实不好实现多租户的概念,另外拿key-auth举例，我只能在全局配置配置用哪些key,我无法指定在路由指定使用哪个参数传入某个key,这样很不灵活

是不是让key的获取方式跟consumer绑定更合理一些，而不是跟路由绑定
