Universal Connector

Fixes a USB connection issue due to missing --nousb option in geth arguments

Last Minute

Ethdev released a last minute fix for a DDOS attack with geth.

This version of Etherwall enforces geth version 1.7.2+

Metropolic Byzantine

This version adds geth 1.7.1 with the new Byzantium fork support.

Also more ERC20 support work was merged in, but full support still TBA.
