Updating catalog_list_view very-very slow

Hi Alexander,
For some of my tables the response time of creating and updating the catalog list view template is very poor.
I have to wait 2-4 minutes before the display is updatet with an entry or update of table fields in e.g. the taxonomy.
Also showing up the modele for update takes this long time.
Please do you have any idea what's going on?
I already tried to re-create the table, but this didn't solve the issue.
The table has about 70.000 rows, but another table has 500 rows and is slow as well.

Hi Alexancer,
Do you have already have a solution or workarount for above issue.
This is becoming very nasty and an high priority for my client.
Update: it also is an issue with tables with a low number of rows.
