pamusb-check $USER --debug - OK
when USB drive is inserted autologin works, after sleep password is not requested
but locking on unplug dont work.

<user id="a93ushakov">
    <device>data-traveler-32</device>
    <agent event="lock">cinnamon-screensaver-command --lock</agent>
    <agent event="unlock">cinnamon-screensaver-command --deactivate</agent>
    </user></users>
    <option name="one_time_pad">false</option>

cinnamon-screensaver-command --lock can be replaced with gnome-scr... but also lock dont work,

Can you help?

I think the problem is in auto unlocking of lock screen.

Add "pamusb-agent" to your startup through the Session and Start Up GUI. This will load the agent that checks if the USB key is inserted/pulled.
