Also consider Auto Repeats with open end

Currently Auto Repeats with no end date only have one "planned" repeat displayed in the HTML of the Auto Repeat.
As we use the same logic as the HTML, we are also left with only one "planned" repeat, therefore we can not plan open end.

We, of course, do not want to plan open end, but we want to plan at least for 1 year - maybe up to 5 years...
