Native support for OpenAPI 3.0

The current solution of upgrading OpenAPI 2.0 specifications comes at the cost of not being able to support any feature that was not already present in OpenAPI 2.0.

Among features that are not supported are:

• Enum variants
• Examples for parameter schemas

To be able to properly support these features we'll need native support for OpenAPI 3.0.
