Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is no official way of handling metadata using Arachnide, and this would be beneficial to have an official way of doing this.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a @arachnide/metadata package, exposing functions to update metadata such as the title, description, and more.

None.
