UCIS: coverpointBin requires "key" attribute

Hi,

according to the UCIS 1.0 standard, section 9.8.6 on page 211, the coverpointBin element lists the key attribute as required, but fc4sc does not produce it.

(Note that their "complete" XML schema in section 9.14 has an error in that both the name and key attributes are missing there, but the part that they show in 9.8.6 has them.)

I apologize for piling on your comment without helping. I've noticed this repo does not have a discussion section configured.

With that said, regarding the xml coverage report output, is there a forum someplace or mailing list to discuss parsing the xml?
